I took today off from work. I love taking Mondays off!! It's like my own private holiday to rest, relax, and do whatever I want to do. Today is pretty much the same. I had a physical today then came home and had a wonderful sushi lunch. After lunch, I started cleaning. It's now almost 2:00 and I have over half the house done: Dylan's room, Shane and my room, the bathroom, and the hallway. OK, I have half the house done, but not half the work. I still have the kitchen and the living room to do, but I'm taking a break!!!
Last night Shane and I went to Sticky Fingers with my mom, her husband, my gran, and my sister. We had a pretty good time and some great food. Nothing too eventful happened at dinner, but I did break my favorite flip flops and had to do a little shuffle out of the resturant (which was very amusing, but thankfully I did not fall on my face or anything!!!). Afterwards, Shane and I went to Dunlap to pick up Dylan. He went swimming with Emily and Brian at a water park in McMinnville. We did not get home until around 11:30. Shane went to bed, Dylan was almost asleep, and I was wide awake (thanks to Starbucks!!!).
So, there's a little recap of my fabulous life!!
P.S. the "Houdini Hamsters" are still in captivity (thanks Allen for the great nickname for them!!)
