Call Center Confessions
Above is a link to a story about the "Headset Mafia." This is what they refer to customer service reps as. Is it just me, or is that a kind of catchy little title?? Anyways, it's a pretty interesting read for all you customer service types (and for those of you who call in to us). Luckily, my job is not as bad as the scenarios they show in the article, but we still get our share of crazy callers (and boy have we had some doozies!!!)
